About Shires
Triers and how to join.
Shires Triers is a BTA affiliated

atmosphere, you will not be
bullied into attending
training sessions. |
As a quick start
you are cordially invited to join in
our Monday night swim sessions which
is a dedicated ShiresTriers session
on a “see how you like it” type
deal. These sessions follow programs
based on Swimsmooth programs but are
not formally coached. However there
are people always willing look at
your stroke and give advise.
Unfortunately we dont have the
ability to coach absolute beginners
and would expect people to be able
to swim about 400m before swimming
with us.
